    This site is for both teachers and learners. It has various of  free materals to use. It is consist of 3 major sections. 1) is for Teachers secton 2) is for Learners section and 3) is for members's sharing section.

 2.  assessment of the quality of the content

       Most of all, this site has full of practical tools which learners can use.  If you click the  'learn English' section, you can see 7 directories to study - listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary.

When you click 'start test' , you enter this page.

It is really practical and useful.


3 . functionality of the website

This site is full of practical materials of no charge.  For the student who wants to study alone at home, it is quite an ideal site. It is also helpful to the teacher who seeks for well organized teaching resources.
